1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the ValiMa app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Not a Medical Device

ValiMa is NOT a medical device. It is not intended to replace human supervision or professional medical monitoring devices. You are entirely responsible for the safety and physical well-being of the individuals you monitor. Never rely solely on ValiMa for emergency alerts.

3. Usage & Limitations

ValiMa turns an old mobile device into a streaming camera. Hardware capabilities, battery health, and network conditions drastically affect performance. We are not liable for stream delays, device overheating, or dropped connections. Always ensure the host device is properly ventilated.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by ValiMa and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ValiMa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
